The entire presentation was incredible. The biggest stand out factor was his passion towards helping us to make a difference and the way in which he based his information and explanation on how the body works with reference to hormones ect. I loved not only all the information ….but also the simple yet useful actions, like alarm clocks, meditation, deep breathing ect. Everyone else just emphasizes on eat well and exercise well which we all know about, yet is always a challenge.
