  • The first step is to send us an email or give us a call!

    Once we have confirmed an appointment time for your initial consultation, we will contact you via email with a form to complete, which gives us an overview of your health needs…don't worry, this is completely confidential and we only ask you questions that will help prepare us for meeting with you. This form can be completed in the practice when you arrive for the first time if you don’t want it emailed - just let us know! For more information, have a look at our Booking Page.

  • Generally you don’t have to dress specifically for your appointments, however, clothing that is not restrictive is best - short skirts or dresses may not be ideal.

  • This will be determined at your initial consultation and examination, however, if you have had any scans done in the past please bring them with you.

  • Initially you will be in the practice for 40 minutes, however, a regular visit should have you in and out of the practice within 15 minutes.

  • This is different for everybody as it is based on your specific needs and health goals. However, an appointment schedule will be discussed with you on your second visit, once the chiropractor has had an opportunity to review all of your examination findings.

  • Generally yes! Of course, this depends on your individual health insurance, so it’s best to check with them whether your policy includes Chiropractic care. We also have HICAPS available to process your private health rebate.

  • Your Chiropractor will always conduct a thorough prior examination and testing in order to determine if care is appropriate for you. They will also discuss any risks, and answer any questions or concerns you may have prior to beginning any care.

  • Of course! Our Chiropractors have have additional qualifications and experience in providing paediatric chiropractic care, and are more than happy to assess your child. Depending on what is revealed during their assessment will determine whether care is appropriate for them or not.

  • Yes, Chiropractic care can help with back pain and pelvic pain during pregnancy.

  • Only if you choose to! Chiropractic care is often used to assist with stabilisation of the spine, in addition to keeping you mobile and active. However, it is always up to you, and your Chiropractor will always discuss what best suits your specific needs and health goals.
