4 Travel Hacks for a Happy Back!

Thank you for being part of the Up! community in 2023! We wish you a happy, health break!

About to hit the road?

Here are our 4 travel hacks for a happy back……

1.  Pack healthy snacks for the road!

We all know convenience is crucial when travelling, but snacks on the go are rarely any good, so before you get in the car, grab some fresh fruit and mixed nuts, for when the hunger hits.

2.  Stay hydrated!

Take your own water bottle and aim for 2 litres per 30 kilos of body weight (Magro).

3.  Sleep and rest!

This is a big one! Start your day getting some sunlight on your face, as early as possible…..this sets you up for success (Vyazovskiy; Mead).

4.  Stay active!

Regular stretch breaks and park your car where you have to walk (Barredo and Mahon).
